I prefer to meet with a potential client as early in the process as possible. I can help find or select the correct lot to build your home on. We have building plans that are customizable or our draftsmen are available to modify or custom draw a plan. At Lantara we specialize in turn-key construction of a home or business. This includes site work, clearing the selected lot, septic and sewer, well or water system, driveways, every aspect of the building process down to the last detail. I work with you, the client, as well as personally supervise the entire construction project. I believe in an open line of communication between the client and myself. At Lantara, we want you to understand the home building process before you buy.
