We prefer to meet with a potential client as early in the process as possible. We can help find/select the correct lot. Our have plans that be customized, or we have draftsmen that we work with to modify or custom draw a plan. We can help draw the plan, or build an already complete set of plans.

Lantara Builders specializes in turn-key construction of a home or business. This includes: site work, clearing, septic/sewer, well/water system, driveways, etc.

We work with the clients, as well as supervise the construction. I believe in an open line of communication between the customer and myself.
